This free teacher resource invites students to pause, reflect, and intentionally practise gratitude across 21 days. Start every morning calmly and quietly with a personal reflective moment. Designed to nurture wellbeing and positive classroom culture, students record one thing they are grateful for each day (for 21 days) — and colour in a section once it’s complete, creating a visual reminder of their growing habit.

Research shows that regularly expressing gratitude helps train the brain to notice the good around us — and with consistency, habits begin to form. Challenge your class to focus on gratitude for 21 days in a row and watch both mindsets and displays bloom.

Two flexible templates allow this resource to be used in different ways:

• Daily reflection: Students complete one section each day over 21 days. Display each creation side by side and mirror the clouds.
• Whole-class brainstorm: Students list 21 things they are grateful for in a single sitting.

Use individual sheets or turn the activity into a collaborative display — adding reflections to a class wall and watching your gratitude garden grow as the days pass.
