Classroom Expectations: The 5P approach to classroom expectations allows teachers and students to work to clear, realistic and supportive classroom expectations.
American and British spelling of 'organise' and 'organize' has been included.
BE PREPARED: organise yourself, be ready to learn, clean up your area
BE POSITIVE: look for the good in the world, be kind to others
BE PROMPT: do your best, be on time, be ready to learn
BE POLITE: use your manners, take turns, help each other
BE PRODUCTIVE: set goals, take ownership of your learning
Each template resource comes pre-filled with examples to use as they are. Alternatively, each template is provided in a blank form. The blank templates are intended to be printed, for the classroom teacher and students to brainstorm expectations around the 5P approach.
