Did you know that expressing gratitude assists your brain in scanning your environment for the good? It only takes 21 days to form a habit. Try expressing gratitude for 21 days in a row!
Use this resource to create a growing tree or branch in your classroom space. Each day, a student or staff member takes a leaf and identifies 1-3 things they are grateful for. Add this lead to your branch or tree and watch it grow as time passes by.
