This resource is designed to help staff and students identify things in their life that they are grateful for. This resource supports staff and students to develop an attitude of gratitude! Did you know that expressing gratitude assists your brain in scanning your environment for the good? It only takes 21 days to form a habit. Try expressing gratitude for 21 days in a row!
Use this resource to create a growing tree or branch in your classroom space. Each day, a student or staff member takes a leaf and identifies 1-3 things they are grateful for. Add this lead to your branch or tree and watch it grow as time passes by.
