The Pack of Positivity has been designed in line with Martin Seligman's (psychologist, educator and positive psychology champion) framework for wellbeing. His approach to wellbeing recognises 6 key pillars in supporting one to live life that moves from a space of surviving to flourishing and thriving.

These pillars are remembered through the acronym: PERMA(H):
